Key Responsibilities

  • •Run real estate strategies and scenario analysis to evaluate opportunities such as consolidations, relocations, lease vs. buy, acquisitions, and divestments.
  • •Manage and lead transaction management including lease administration, renewals, negotiations, and optimization scenarios.
  • •Lead and coordinate external brokers, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders (legal, procurement, HSE, tax) to execute real estate strategies.
  • •Ensure real estate actions deliver optimal cost, performance, and workplace quality.
  • •Develop and communicate real estate requirements and strategies to senior leadership; manage portfolio analysis and data integrity.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of corporate real estate experience, including project management.
  • •Experience managing a diverse real estate portfolio.
  • •Ability to lead highly complex, multi-region projects with strong ownership.
  • •Strong analytical skills and real estate financial analysis (e.g., NPV, payback, IRR) plus stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
