Manage end-to-end operations at Fujairah Terminal by optimizing processes, updating plans, and developing initiatives to ensure smooth, productive cargo handling. Lead operations meetings, troubleshoot shift issues, and validate mitigation strategies for safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations. Oversee materials and cargo equipment availability, manage terminal equipment readiness, deliver operational reports, and guide people management, cost control, and stakeholder relationships.
