Director, Business Development Partners Program

Lead and scale a regional team of Business Development representatives to drive net-new high-value consignor growth. Build and standardize acquisition playbooks, reactivate existing consignors to prevent churn, and oversee high-touch luxury events and local partnerships. Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Supply teams to align local activations with digital lifecycle campaigns and seasonal supply needs. Use community KPIs and CRM insights to coach performance, reporting progress, and improving retention.
