Maintain and manage catering operations to Emirates standards, ensuring service providers follow SOPs and guidelines. Key Responsibilities

•Plan and conduct checks to ensure base and overseas caterers adhere to Emirates galley plans and equipment loading standards, recording deviations.
•Manage stocks with service providers, including reviewing and approving requisitions and ensuring SOP compliance for stock management.
•Initiate and perform stock counts at agreed intervals, conduct physical verification, verify consumption entries before ERP updates, and release systems for transactions.
•Record and verify transactions for issues, transfers, and returns with audit trail support; investigate meal count variances to prevent end-of-month reconciliation issues.
•Ensure products are used within shelf life with write-offs and recycling to minimize wastage; coordinate corrective actions using crew feedback and SLA-based reporting; publish KPI operational reports.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Degree or Honours qualification (12+3 or equivalent).
•Have at least 5+ years of experience in inflight services and inflight catering.
•Provide operational business support in inventory control, logistics, or distribution environments.
•Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
•Apply operating plan and flight requirements knowledge to ensure SOP compliance in stock management and service delivery.
