Sales & Service Manager - PC Hooftstraat

Lead store sales and service execution while driving an exceptional guest experience. Oversee and coach the Sales & Service team on the floor, build client relationships daily, and ensure sales-floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives. Partner with the General Manager to root-cause sales opportunities, develop store strategy, manage budget and key metrics, represent the business in meetings, and plan for future operational needs. Lead talent development and recruitment.
