Job Summary

Lead and manage indirect channel partners (5+ in Abu Dhabi) to drive fixed services KPI achievement and partner-led revenue growth. Own partner profitability and P&L outcomes, run regular business reviews, and implement corrective action plans. Execute territory sales activation via roadshows, kiosks, and building tie-ups, while collaborating with marketing, logistics, and operations. Identify partner training needs, improve capability and productivity, and ensure compliance and operational excellence, including people leadership, recruitment, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive achievement of fixed services KPIs (FNE, TAAWUN, In-Zone, Home Wireless) and partner-led revenue growth.
•Manage indirect partner portfolio: hold partners accountable for P&L performance and track performance with corrective action plans.
•Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking with partner governance and alignment to business goals.
•Execute territory sales activation (roadshows, kiosks, building tie-ups) and collaborate with marketing, logistics and operations.
•Lead partner capability and productivity by identifying training needs, improving capabilities, driving manpower expansion, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance; manage performance and attrition, supporting recruitment and coaching.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Telecom, Sales or Marketing).
•Minimum 5+ years in partner/channel management or sales is required.
•Minimum 4-5 years of experience in partner management.
•Strong knowledge of the UAE market (UAE market is MUST).
•Strong people management skills, including recruitment and coaching, with strong presentation skills for market insights.
