Job Summary

Provide onsite and remote desktop IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running smoothly. Manage IT hardware assets, maintain access control and CCTV systems, and support conferencing, collaboration rooms, and printing services. Help internal IT support teams, respond to high-priority incidents (including on-call), and update documentation and procedures using ITSM tools and ITIL awareness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite and remote desktop support to employees using Endava IT assets and systems.
•Help maintain Endava IT infrastructure and troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues.
•Perform IT hardware asset management and keep internal documentation and procedures updated.
•Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner, including out-of-business-hours on-call support.
•Maintain access control and CCTV systems and provide support for conferencing equipment, collaboration rooms, and printing services.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Windows 10 and MacOS installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
•Imaging and deploying Windows equipment using tools such as SCCM and Intune.
•Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
•Knowledge of networking concepts, principles, and troubleshooting, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
•Experience with ITSM tools, video conferencing troubleshooting, printing support, patch management, and asset management.
