Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver white-glove Level 2 AV Operational support for executive meetings, corporate events, and digital signage venues.
  • •Support and execute live broadcasts, Town Halls, webcast events, and Visa TV productions, including presenter transitions and scene switching.
  • •Troubleshoot AV, audio, video, and conferencing issues in real time to minimize disruptions.
  • •Assist with developing event plans, production schedules, run-of-show documentation, and coordinate technical logistics.
  • •Partner with internal teams and AV production vendors, provide readiness updates, and participate in post-event reviews and continuous improvement.
