Job Summary

Lead end-to-end client experience and day-to-day operations for the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio in a Sephora store. Manage service classes and events, ensure smooth online reservation and check-in processes, and maintain sales floor standards through visual merchandising and replenishment. Coach and develop beauty advisors and senior artistry/skincare talent, execute new-hire training, and support brand/vendor representatives to deliver an elevated in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring Coordinators and Beauty Studio staff are trained to run services.
•Oversee the online reservation system for services, including publishing availability and class dates/times, and ensure sufficient staffing for client flow and efficient check-in.
•Execute beauty advisors training for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model training sessions when possible.
•Support visual merchandising standards, keep the sales floor neat/clean/organized, perform merchandising flips, and coordinate replenishment when inventory is added.
•Ensure beauty advisors engage with store brands and that brand representatives train/coach cast on products, providing feedback on training effectiveness when possible.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
•Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
