Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess clients’ current workforce management processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • •Analyze workforce data (forecast, staffing, scheduling, performance metrics) and extract trends
  • •Develop and implement workforce management strategies, workforce plans, and staffing models aligned to business needs
  • •Implement and integrate workforce management systems, including Verint WFM tool implementation and adoption support
  • •Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track workforce performance and SLAs, and facilitate change management

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and French with strong verbal and written communication skills
