Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Security program strategy, sequencing, and dependency management across critical initiatives, ensuring prioritization and timely escalation of risks and tradeoffs.
  • •Establish program governance across the Security portfolio, including reporting cadence, decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, risk tracking, and executive communications.
  • •Lead executive-facing operating mechanisms for the Security organization (planning, execution reviews, SteerCos, strategy summits, design/product reviews, QBRs).
  • •Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy to ensure Security programs align with both technical priorities and business impact.
  • •Coach and mentor Security TPMs to improve program strategy, communication, stakeholder management, and execution quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 194,000 - 278,300 annually
