Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the strategic portfolio roadmap and model client investment portfolios aligned with SPM capabilities
  • •Design, document and validate the functional architecture of the SPM solution, including complex integrations and Lean Portfolio Management models
  • •Support governance and change management for portfolio governance with steering bodies (Comité de Direction, PMO)
  • •Implement KPI-driven performance indicators and analytical capabilities in ServiceNow SPM to optimize investment decisions and benefits realization
  • •Mentor technical and/or functional team members and contribute to Devoteam offerings around SPM features and releases

Key Requirements

  • •Experience deploying ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions
  • •Proficiency in agile frameworks on the ServiceNow platform
  • •ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification or equivalent
  • •Strong facilitation of workshops and ability to synthesize complex issues into clear recommendations
  • •Good listening skills, conviction, and pragmatic solution orientation
