•Design and implement experimentation and analytics frameworks, including A/B testing, to optimize product outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related or equivalent, and four (4) years of experience: analyzing market and industry trends to guide product development while working in Agile and Scrum environments; establishing requirements for viable products based on identified business goals and prioritizations; identifying technical dependencies and establishing development timelines; performing product performance analysis to measure outcomes against forecasted expectations; analyzing product outcomes and identifying additional feature requirements to improve product outcomes via post-production updates; managing the product portfolio and analyzing and developing insights from collected data utilizing Atlassian JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Tableau, and Figma; educating cross-functional stakeholders through UAT sessions, trainings, and briefings; authoring PRDs and technical briefs for engineering implementation; leading cross-functional workshops to define product vision and resolve implementation ambiguity; operationalizing experimentation and analytics frameworks using BI platforms; defining and managing A/B testing strategies for product optimization; and designing automation features to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency.
