Job Summary

Lead and oversee multiple Trust Support Services operations teams to ensure accurate, compliant execution across onboarding, account transfers, documentation, billing, and administrative reviews. Drive operational excellence by managing controls aligned to fiduciary standards and OCC regulations, monitoring KPIs for productivity, quality, risk, and service levels, and leading automation/process improvements. Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Relationship Management, and manage audit/examination readiness and issue remediation.

•Strong understanding of trust accounting, fiduciary standards, and regulatory frameworks.
