Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for Delinea’s Enterprise Security program, directing managers across SAE, SOC, and IAM teams.
  • •Set security strategy and hold SAE/SOC/IAM managers accountable for roadmaps, staffing, prioritization, and performance.
  • •Advise executive leadership on security business risks and communicate best-practice security across the business.
  • •Direct SAE to define target-state security/architecture roadmaps, review current measures, and partner with business units to translate requirements into security solutions.
  • •Direct SOC and IAM functions to ensure proactive monitoring and incident response, establish cyber resilience and readiness, and define and execute the enterprise IAM roadmap and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in enterprise security, security operations, or related fields, with 5+ years in senior information security leadership.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the current security landscape and industry best practices, with a risk-based approach to solving complex cybersecurity problems.
  • •Proven experience building and growing comprehensive cybersecurity programs, including multi-team security organizations across architecture, operations, and identity.
  • •Experience overseeing SOC operations (including incident response) across multiple time zones.
  • •Experience with IAM capabilities such as MFA, single sign-on, privileged access, certificate management, and secrets management.
