Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and maintain the back-end enterprise IT infrastructure estate (servers, storage, UPS, and Hyper-V), including Windows Server upgrades and OS lifecycle management.
  • •Administer Windows Server DNS and build/manage DR environments with runbooks, failover/failback plans, and participation in DR testing exercises.
  • •Deploy, configure, and govern enterprise AI platforms (Claude and Google Gemini), including platform accounts, access policies, and usage governance.
  • •Architect and manage enterprise MCP server infrastructure, including tool/connector registries, connector lifecycle (onboarding/auditing/deprecation), and connector permission/data flow policies.
  • •Implement AI security and compliance practices (permission scopes, output validation, prompt injection defenses, HITL controls, and SIEM anomaly monitoring), and produce security assessments and operational documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep infrastructure experience across the full stack (network, security, storage, hardware, and OS layer) including Windows Server administration, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • •Strong automation skills with PowerShell for provisioning, reporting, and systems management.
  • •Expertise administering DNS and DHCP on Windows Server, including zone management, replication, conditional forwarding, split-brain DNS, and DNSSEC.
  • •Experience deploying and governing enterprise AI platforms and MCP server infrastructure, integrating connectors with identity and access controls.
  • •Ability to secure AI systems with hardening controls (rate limiting, WAF/API gateway, session controls, kill switch procedures) and perform AI security assessments.
