Key Requirements

  • •8+ years recruitment experience in a similar high-volume industry such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • •Deep understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including AI-enabled platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • •Proactive, resourceful, outcomes-driven approach.
  • •Confident communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • •Prior recruiting in Taiwan and experience managing early careers programs are preferred.
