Lead and manage on-site and remote service delivery for Thales Deutschland in Ditzingen, coordinating service contracts, training, and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction. Serve as the main contact for clients and internal teams, drive service improvements, gather feedback for Sales and R&D, and ensure timely delivery of materials, repairs, and training while supporting digital service concepts.
