Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to demonstrate practical use cases, lessons learned, reusable methods, and examples of good practice.
  • •Develop interactive slides, offline HTML dashboards, online web dashboards, and lightweight digital tools.
  • •Produce Tableau dashboards/workbooks and Power BI dashboards as formal deliverables when required.
  • •Create charts, KPI cards, heatmaps, maps, scenario tools, and visual analytics; convert Excel/CSV/APIs/models into user-facing interfaces.
  • •Develop AI agents and semi-automated workflows to support analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, slide generation, and data visualization, and train teams to use these tools independently.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong frontend skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern dashboard UI approaches.
  • •Experience with Tailwind, Chart.js, React-style interfaces or similar frameworks.
  • •Ability to develop Tableau dashboards/workbooks, Power BI dashboards and Stata-based analytics outputs.
  • •Strong prompt engineering capability to structure effective AI prompts for coding, dashboard development, iteration and data visualization.
  • •Strong UI/UX design capability (layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color systems, iconography, and user flow).
