Key Responsibilities

  • •Run Specialty Copay Assistance Program (SCAP) activities including member calls, copay card enrollment, accumulator reports, daily specialty claim audits, and tracker updates.
  • •Administer Patient Assistance Programs and perform Individual Medication Management (IMM) tasks, including identifying new drug utilizers and maintaining CRM lists and member letters.
  • •Manage client and broker reporting requests, support consultants with client performance reviews, and aggregate PBM and consulting outcomes.
  • •Ensure data integrity through monthly audits of eligibility and missing or incorrect system data, coordinating with BI to resolve errors.
  • •Maintain CRM Zoho monthly updates, conduct case management with PBM partners, and send weekly AI alert emails on high-dollar claim outliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
