Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft and evolve product narratives and positioning/messaging frameworks that differentiate US university partners for global audiences.
  • •Act as the primary marketing contact for Kaplan’s US university partners, aligning goals, messaging, and joint initiatives with partner marketing teams.
  • •Develop and execute global product marketing go-to-market strategies and launch campaigns in partnership with recruitment, sales, and content teams.
  • •Collaborate with in-market regional teams to localize messaging, monitor performance and trends, and refine positioning.
  • •Represent the marketing team at student events and partner visits, and produce reports/dashboards to communicate partner performance and marketing ROI.

Salary: USD 31,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in education, edtech, or international student recruitment.
  • •Experience working with or within US higher education institutions.
  • •Strategic mindset with hands-on execution—able to think big and act fast.
  • •Strong communication and storytelling skills for diverse international audiences.
  • •Familiarity with campaign planning, competitor analysis, and customer insights, plus data-driven tool use (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Looker).
