Key Responsibilities

•Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with a multi-professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
•Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with MCME risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
•Take responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
•Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Nursing Diploma with a course duration of at least 18 months.
•Have valid BLS and PALS certificates.
•Have at least two years of experience in your own country.
•Have at least 2 years of experience working in a Paediatric Inpatient Unit or Paediatric Ward (desired).
•UAE experience would be beneficial (desired).
