Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a high-performing team of IC Design Engineers for end-to-end Motion Control Sensor ASIC development.
  • •Oversee technical architecture, design development, people management, and full-lifecycle project execution.
  • •Own ASIC deliverables beyond tape-out, including customer trials, field issues, and product sustainability.
  • •Drive ASIC design execution in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams across Optics, Magnetic, Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing departments.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD, Masters, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or related field).
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of technical management experience.
  • •Deep expertise in the ASIC process flow for Analog, Digital, and Layout design.
  • •Experience with industry-standard EDA tools from Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
  • •Experience with foundry fabrication processes, including Electrical Wafer Sort.
