  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, strategize, support action plans, and address deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
  • •Assist with processing shipments, product flow, visual merchandising placement, daily replenishment, and execute procedures per company policy.
