Greet customers in the branch, help them complete simple transactions using mobile app and ATM technology, and provide personalized guidance based on Citizens products and benefits. Follow all financial policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including proper cash handling and regulatory requirements. Build customer relationships through listening, asking questions, and connecting customers to Bankers for next steps, while working branch hours including weekends and evenings.
