Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying legislation and enforcing adherence.
  • •Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • •Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system.
  • •Schedule and assign employees; recruit, select, orient, train, coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse staff; monitor and appraise job results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 65,000

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of documented supervisory experience with comprehensive knowledge of regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in U.S. Army warehouse operations.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports and work instructions.
  • •Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues, and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to customers.
  • •Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 Investigation result and obtain and maintain a CAC.
