Event Services Crew Member

Deliver exemplary guest service to maintain customer loyalty during events, coordinating with ushers and ticket takers. Assist guests with questions or needs, adapt to customer needs, and solicit sales of additional services or products. Support non-guard card security positions and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments. Maintain safety as the first priority while walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
