Job Summary

Support financial management for the Operations division, partnering with APAC Business Units to translate budgets, perform planning, and deliver performance analysis. Maintain financial controls for compliance, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights and accurate management reporting. Help develop forecasts and support the Operations Planning Dialogue with automation of data collection and consolidation. Coordinate external audits to ensure accurate representation of Operations financial data.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development and execution of financial plans aligned to organizational targets, translating budgets for APAC Business Units and Lines of Business.
•Maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with Allianz Group policies and guidelines.
•Conduct financial analyses, monitor performance vs. budgets, identify variances, and flag corrective actions.
•Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and assist with financial forecasting and projections for resource allocation.
•Support the Operations Planning Dialogue process, including automation of data collection and consolidation, and assist with external audits.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in financial controlling, planning, reporting, and analysis, ideally in a multinational organization.
•Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar financial systems preferred.
•Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate financial data into actionable insights.
•Fluent English (written and verbal) and a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
