Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage delivery plans for regulatory programs in finance/change, coordinating multiple projects across regions.
  • •Provide SME knowledge to continuously improve practices in regulatory systems and applications.
  • •Define test approaches, scenarios, and test cases; execute the test strategy for regulatory systems.
  • •Assess potential impacts of change, plan actions, and embed change to realize benefits.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data conformance, data sourcing, ETL processes, and data quality for regulatory reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10-14 years of experience in Finance or Finance change field.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of PRA/EBA and HKMA regulatory reporting requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of Basel3.1 reforms.
  • •Proven stakeholder management skills and leadership in dynamic environments managing diverse teams.
  • •Experience in software development lifecycles with waterfall and Agile, plus data interrogation using SQL and Excel.
