Job Summary

Drive commercial performance for the Hermes category by owning sales forecasting and demand planning across time horizons. Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, refine forecasts using sales trends and seasonality, and optimize inventory levels, weeks of supply, and replenishment flows. Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Retail Operations to improve product availability and support launches and store openings, producing KPI dashboards and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop short-, medium-, and long-term sales forecasts by category, store, and collection to support commercial decision-making.
•Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning with the Demand Planning team to maintain optimal stock levels, inventory targets, and weeks of supply.
•Monitor and analyze sales trends, seasonality, customer purchasing behavior, and store performance to refine forecasts and planning assumptions.
•Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Retail Operations to ensure product availability and inventory efficiency.
•Produce reporting dashboards and KPIs (e.g., sell-through, stock cover, WOS, forecast accuracy) and provide data-driven recommendations for proactive decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
•3+ years of experience in retail planning, merchandise planning, demand planning, supply chain planning, or a similar analytical role.
•Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into business recommendations.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools; PowerPoint and data visualization tools are an advantage.
•Proven experience managing forecasting, inventory planning, and stock optimization activities.
