Job Summary

Serve as a client-facing banker who builds trusted relationships and guides customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Assess customer banking needs, open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, submit credit applications, and provide education on deposit/loan products and digital self-service tools. Partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience, using available resources and technologies with operational excellence and accuracy, including NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act.
