•Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences.
•Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage.
•Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items.
•Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain visual standards.
•Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages.
