Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end OT critical infrastructure design, programming, configuration, commissioning, sustainment, and ongoing optimization.
  • •Deliver high availability OT infrastructure for hyperscale cooling & power control systems, including datacenter facility networks and industrial control networks (PLC/turbines) plus server rooms with switches/hosts/virtualization.
  • •Provide on-call network infrastructure support for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, including connectivity, addressing, protocol transport, and troubleshooting across relevant OSI layers.
  • •Hands-on design and sustainment of Juniper fiber/copper networks in OT/facility environments, including segmentation and VRFs, and integration with industrial control networks.
  • •Design, implement, and secure OT networks and communications using BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, and related protocols; perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive hands-on experience as a Controls/OT/Automation Engineer on mission-critical facilities such as data centers, power plants, or industrial environments.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and sustaining OT infrastructure for BMS, EPMS, and SCADA control systems.
  • •Experience with Juniper OT/facility networks and industrial communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, and related protocols).
  • •Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement with OT cybersecurity and monitoring best practices.
