Job Summary

Deliver welcoming, personalized beauty consultations by recommending products tailored to each client’s needs. Support store standards by assisting with inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, inclusive environment. You’ll also meet weekly shift requirements and be available during peak retail hours.

•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while following company policies and standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Ability to quickly learn and share product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
