Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete work according to safe work practices, including electrical safety and control of hazardous energy.
  • •Follow instructions and maintenance schedules; perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks using diagnostic tools and SCADA information.
  • •Gather equipment status information and seek assistance when issues are outside trained skill level.
  • •Ensure scheduled plant maintenance is completed safely and on time, including accurate time reporting and Maintenance record completion.
  • •Enter data in the Maintenance Management System (Maximo) and participate in procedure or service improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of related work experience with a High School Diploma.
  • •Advanced skills in scheduled/standard work, electrical switching, SCADA, and troubleshooting.
  • •Understanding of solar powered systems, including inverters, PV array, trackers, and power plant systems, with experience using power and hand tools.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics and work incident-free using industrial safety practices, including LOTO.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance scheduling, availability reporting, inventory management, and on-time performance requirements (plus site supervision).
