Job Summary

Lead Edify’s Human Resources function across South America by partnering with Regional leadership and country teams to plan, direct, and coordinate HR policies and practices. Oversee compensation, benefits, leave, investigations, performance and talent management, and training activities while ensuring compliance with regional employment laws. Use HRIS/talent management system metrics to analyze trends and recommend best practices, while supporting hiring, retention, and staff development in alignment with Edify’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Regional VP and country senior leadership to align HR strategy with staffing, recruiting, and retention goals.
•Develop and implement HR policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to meet country HR compliance and strategy needs.
•Administer and oversee HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes/investigations, performance and talent management, and occupational health and safety.
•Identify staffing and recruiting needs, plan for growth and turnover, and apply best practices for hiring and talent management.
•Monitor and ensure compliance with country/regional employment laws, analyze HRIS/talent management metrics, and communicate policy/practice updates to upper management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•Minimum of eight years of human resource management experience.
•Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations for the region.
•Strong knowledge and experience working with HR information systems and talent management systems.
•Ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred).
