Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Good understanding of Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures and the related operating environment.
  • •Knowledge of Private Markets investment products, including Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Private Debt.
  • •Experience in fund administration and fund accounting, including transfer agency and custody/depositary oversight or similar operational functions.
  • •Familiarity with fund cash management, investor events, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
  • •University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, ideally with 2+ years of relevant experience.
