Lead Speech and Language Therapist (Adults)

Lead the development of the Speech and Language Therapy service for adult patients in a private hospital setting. Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for complex speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, including inpatient and outpatient referrals. Carry out video fluoroscopic swallow examinations, lead IDDSI implementation with training for nursing and catering staff, manage clinical risk assessments, and ensure governance, quality improvement, and compliant written records in line with RCSLT standards.
