Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain a variety of products including checking/savings, IRAs, CDs, and consumer credit cards.
  • •Perform teller duties and conduct financial transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and accurate currency/coin handling.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions, including processing new consumer loan requests as applicable.
