Senior Equipment Engineer (Fab Start-up)

Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and readiness of wafer fabrication equipment for new product introductions and technology transfer. Partner with Process Engineering and R&D to qualify processes, define equipment requirements, execute qualification plans, and implement upgrades or modifications. Maintain equipment uptime using performance metrics, troubleshoot complex issues, drive preventive maintenance and spare parts optimization, and improve yield, cost, and cycle time targets while supporting technology transfer to high-volume manufacturing.
