P&C Claim Representative III

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex property damage and bodily injury claims arising from transit operations. Manage an advanced, high-volume caseload (~150–175 claim files), analyze liability and damages, conduct claimant/witness/insured interviews, and review supporting documentation. Establish and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements with involved parties, escalate high-exposure matters, and coordinate with defense counsel as needed while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, well-documented claim outcomes.
