Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global Repair Operations program, including priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management approach to improve performance across markets.
  • •Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team by setting operating standards and a consistent performance-management approach for a diverse team of project managers.
  • •Design and scale the Repair Operations management system, including global standards, operating cadences, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement routines.
  • •Drive operational change across globally distributed repair warehouses and frontline teams, translating root-cause findings and tested changes into standardized practices.
  • •Own the Repair Operations training and certification strategy and measurement/reporting framework, and partner on tooling/equipment strategy with Product and Engineering to test, validate, and scale solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management, including leading people in fast-paced, multinational environments.
  • •Experience driving operational change in a large, globally distributed organization, particularly in repair/warehouse/fleet or similar environments.
  • •Lean/Kaizen and/or ISO or comparable quality-management systems experience, including operational audits and measurable control frameworks.
  • •Strong analytical and operational-planning skills, comfortable working with data, dashboards, and business cases.
  • •Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data to improve operational systems, including designing training/certification programs and scaling tools and standards.
