Assistant General Counsel - Employment

Provide employment law guidance for the bank’s Employment law team, advising departments and Human Resources on issues across the employment lifecycle, including hiring, discipline, terminations, leaves, accommodations, and wage and hour matters. Manage employment-related litigation, represent the bank before federal and state agencies, monitor employment legislation, and oversee policy review, drafting of employment/severance agreements, and coordination of internal and outside counsel work.
