Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day leadership for the Safe and Secure team at facility(s), including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and follow-up problem solving.
  • •Ensure effective scheduling to meet facility goals and manage working relationships with facility leadership across associate safety, site safety, physical security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity.
  • •Work with inventory control teams to monitor vehicles, research and track exceptions, and manage stolen vehicle reporting and related inquiries.
  • •Oversee security access controls and technology infrastructure (including badge issuance and gate/access point controls) and ensure vendors and tools operate effectively.
  • •Track and report KPIs and exception-based reporting, support EHS protocol implementation, and lead/coordinate initiatives as directed while collaborating with internal partners to resolve theft/fraud and other program issues.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of Safe and Secure leadership experience, preferably including distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • •At least 3 years of experience supervising and managing a team.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical, data-driven skills and experience implementing risk mitigation programs.
  • •Experience investigating and resolving theft and fraud issues, plus the ability to create and implement process improvements.
