Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, configure, and maintain uploaders and networking gear at AeroVect garage facilities.
  • •Manage software release delivery to autonomous tractors and on-prem devices across active deployment sites.
  • •Build and maintain on-prem data processing applications in C++ and Python for real-time operational data.
  • •Ensure reliable ingestion of vehicle data (dashcam images and telemetry) and manage upload flows to cloud infrastructure.
  • •Monitor server health, network performance, and data pipeline reliability across on-prem systems, and build automation tools to streamline operations and deployment workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience managing on-prem infrastructure, bare metal systems, and physical networking environments.
  • •Proficiency in C++ for data processing applications, including standard library, multithreading, sockets, and WebSocket implementation.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and Bash for automation, tooling, and operational scripting.
  • •Hands-on experience physically configuring servers/computers and network hardware, plus experience managing software deployment to physical devices or embedded systems.
