Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow procedures for system start-up, operation, shutdown, cleaning, and batching.
  • •Mix chemical and food batches, monitoring and sampling per SOPs and recording process/production data.
  • •Troubleshoot dryer processes and assist with routine maintenance while maintaining a clean work environment.
  • •Oversee cleanup of the entire dryer system between products and ensure blends are placed into blending tanks correctly using process control sheets.
  • •Check brix and acid on the blend, complete Master Sanitation Sheet paperwork, and follow filling instructions while operating pumps, mixers, and filters safely.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., push up to a 450 lb. metal drum on a roller conveyor, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • •Read, write, and speak English.
  • •Follow proper housekeeping and sanitary GMP procedures to prevent product contamination.
  • •Comfort operating computers and two HMI systems for operation (SAP and Wonderware).
