Foreperson

Lead a solar installation crew of three to six members to complete residential and small commercial projects safely and on time. You’ll organize and train the team, manage construction workflow, maintain project documentation, and uphold strong customer relations throughout installation. The role also includes troubleshooting worker issues, providing feedback to management, and performing service calls as needed while acting as supervisor when required.
