Global Order Operations Specialty Accounts

Act as the single point of contact for strategic accounts, owning the end-to-end customer order lifecycle and ensuring seamless communication and consolidated reporting on order status and delivery. Coordinate with Order Management (OM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams and cross-functional partners to resolve order, shipping, returns, and discount issues, maintain accurate customer data, and drive EDI implementation and cash collection performance.
