Drive client acquisition and relationship growth while supporting branch team goals and consistently meeting activity and outcome expectations. Open consumer and business accounts, provide tailored financial wellness recommendations, and handle teller transactions as needed. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including Saturday scheduling.
