Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and perform structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
  • •Develop structural design documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing systems, and deep/shallow foundations.
  • •Coordinate structural deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to align with project objectives and client standards.
  • •Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations to ensure quality, code compliance, and technical excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in building structures design and analysis (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large-scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Experience with BIM tools and structural analysis software such as Revit, ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, and Safe.
  • •Experience with precast concrete, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems, including sustainable/low embodied carbon approaches.
